Privacy Policy — High Wheelie Way
This Privacy Policy explains how High Wheelie Way (“the Game”) handles information when you use the Android application.
1. Data handled by the Game
High Wheelie Way does not operate its own user-account system, advertising network, analytics service, or developer-operated online database.
Gameplay records and preferences, such as best distance, top speed, best wheelie time, and cosmetic settings such as the selected bike color, may be stored locally on your device so the Game can preserve your progress and preferences.
2. Google Play Games Services
High Wheelie Way may use Google Play Games Services to provide worldwide leaderboards and related gaming features.
When you use these features, Google may process information associated with your Google Play Games profile, player identity, leaderboard scores, and technical information required to provide the service. This processing is performed by Google under Google's own terms and privacy policies.
High Wheelie Way only submits the gameplay values required for enabled leaderboard features, such as top speed and longest distance.
3. Advertising and in-app purchases
High Wheelie Way is designed as a paid game and does not include advertising or in-app purchases.
4. Internet access
The core game can be played without an internet connection. Internet access may be required for optional Google Play Games Services features such as signing in, submitting leaderboard scores, or viewing rankings, and for opening external legal pages from the Settings menu.
5. Sharing of information
We do not sell personal information. We do not operate a developer backend that receives or stores your gameplay data. Information used by Google Play Games Services is handled by Google as the service provider for those features.
6. Data retention and deletion
Local gameplay records and preferences remain on your device until they are removed by clearing the Game's app data or uninstalling the application, subject to Android backup behavior where applicable.
Data associated with Google Play Games Services is controlled through your Google account and Google Play Games settings, subject to Google's policies.
7. Children's privacy
High Wheelie Way does not knowingly operate a system designed to collect personal information from children. Account-related information used by Google Play Games Services is handled by Google according to its own account, age, and family policies.
8. Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated if the Game adds, removes, or changes online features or third-party services. The latest version will be published on this page.
