Terms of Use — High Wheelie Way

These Terms of Use govern your use of High Wheelie Way (“the Game”), an Android game published by Daimantium. By installing or using the Game, you agree to these terms.

1. License to use the Game

You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for private entertainment in accordance with these terms and the rules of the platform through which the Game is distributed.

2. Paid game

High Wheelie Way is intended to be distributed as a paid game. Purchases, refunds, account access, and distribution are handled through Google Play and are also subject to Google Play's applicable terms and policies.

3. Leaderboards and fair play

The Game may use Google Play Games Services for worldwide leaderboards, including rankings based on top speed and longest distance.

You must not deliberately manipulate the Game, modify submitted scores, use unauthorized software, exploit bugs to create false leaderboard results, or otherwise interfere with fair competition. Scores may be rejected, removed, or made ineligible where the platform or Game identifies invalid or manipulated results.

4. Cosmetic customization

Cosmetic options, such as bike color, do not provide a gameplay advantage and do not change the competitive rules of the Game.

5. Third-party services

Some optional features may rely on services provided by Google, including Google Play and Google Play Games Services. Those services are governed by their own terms, availability, account rules, and privacy policies.

6. Intellectual property

The Game, its code, visual presentation, branding, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of the Game or its content to you.

7. Prohibited use

You may not redistribute unauthorized copies of the Game, sell or sublicense the Game outside the rights granted by the distribution platform, intentionally disrupt its online features, or use the Game in a way that violates applicable law.

8. Availability and updates

The Game may receive updates, bug fixes, balance changes, compatibility changes, or changes to online features. Online functionality may occasionally be unavailable because of connectivity, maintenance, platform changes, or third-party service availability.

9. Disclaimer

The Game is provided for entertainment. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no guarantee is made that the Game or optional online services will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

10. Changes to these terms

These Terms of Use may be updated when the Game or its services materially change. The latest version will be published on this page.
